The Jayakarta Hotel

Two 1-bedroom apartments are available for rent. These apartments are located at the  Jayakarta Hotel in LEGIAN, BALI. These apartments are  in 2 seperate sections of ‘A’ Residence and ‘B’ Residence – Jayakarta Hotel and both have their own 24-hour receptions. Legian is located next to Kuta and Seminyak and they are easily accessible by taxi or walking.

Jayakarta Hotel is set amongst 11 acres of tropical gardens, right on the beachfront just a short walk to Legian’s famous shopping strip, some of Bali's finest restaurants and nightlife. Access to the beach is a short stroll through the Jayakarta gardens, the Jayakarta is one of Legian's beach front favourites.

The Seminyak Villa

This Villa is privately owned and has been chosen because of the superior quality for privacy and it's own private pool. This villa comprises of 3 bedrooms. There is an upstairs reading area and downstairs also has a lounge and kitchen. The Villa also has 3 bath rooms and 3 toilets, taxis  are available 50m from the villa and tours and transport can be arranged if required.
There are all the famous restaurants  in Jalan Obroi within 2 mins or 10 mins walking such as Ultimo, Rumers, Chandi, Bali cafe, The Champaine bar , Soho, and many more. Located 2 min walk in the other direction is Jalan Dyna Pura with many restaurants such as Breezes, The bush telegraph, Santa Fe, J.P's jazz bar, most have live bands  and bars open till late. There is a laundry located 50m from the villa. There are 3 Major supermarkets all within 10 mins of the villa, these are Bintang, Bali deli and Casa gourmet deli.
There are many fashion boutiques and shoe shops also located nearby within walking distance.

Things you might want to know:
1. Kuta Square is a short taxi ride away, a 25 minute walk along the beach.
2. Denpasar International airport is 20 minutes away by taxi.
